You have to pay for the therapy at first. As with an elective doctor, you will then be reimbursed by your health insurance company. In the case of an additional outpatient insurance, the remainder may be submitted and partly or fully refunded. We recommend you contact your health insurance before starting treatment. One exception is Physio Intensive 1 & 2

concluded between Sporttherapie Huber und MairGmbH, Steinbockallee 31, 6063 Neu-Rum(hereinafterreferred to as Sporttherapie Huber undMair) and the customer as follows:

Content of services
The sports therapy Huber and Mair offers thefollowing services:
Physiotherapy, training, massages, physical therapy, courses as well as measures for occupationalhealthpromotion.

To the service area Training
The training rooms are used by the customers ontheir own responsibility without supervision byemployees ofthe Huber and Mair sports therapy, unless the customer explicitly requests this. Anintroduction to thefunctioning of the trainingequipment takes place only at the express request ofthe customer. The customerundertakes to treat thetraining equipment with care and care. The customeris liable for damage caused byimproper handling ofthe training equipment.

To the field of Physiotherapy
The physiotherapeutic treatment aims to identify theindividual functional, movement and activitydisorders inthe body of the client in a first step.
For this purpose, an initial diagnosis appointmenttakes place and a (bio-psycho-social) historyinterview isconducted with the client. Based on theclient's information and a functional analysis, thetherapist creates anindividual intervention plan. Thecustomer undertakes to provide the SporttherapieHuber and Mair with truthfulinformation about theirstate of health.

The aim of physiotherapeutic treatment is to alleviateor eliminate the health impairment. In this context, thesports therapy Huber and Mair owes the effort tothe best of their abilities. The customeracknowledges that asuccessful physiotherapy canonly take place with the appropriate cooperation ofthe customer.

Treatment contract
Treatment within the scope of physiotherapy issubject to assignment. The intervention plan istherefore drawnup in accordance with the medicalprescription. If the therapist deems further measuresnecessary / useful, he/she will inform the client, whowill then provide a new assignment.

The customer expressly acknowledges that atreatment contract is only concluded betweenhim/her andSporttherapie Huber und Mair, but notfor the (sickness, accident or liability) insurance ofthecustomer/customer.

Fees / costs
The fee of the Huber and Mair Sports Therapy is duefor payment within 10 days from the invoice date. Intheevent of late payment, default interest of 6 % shall apply.

Sporttherapie Huber und Mair offers its services on the basis of the currently valid price list. The price list is available at the time of registration; the customer has the opportunity to view it at any time. A cost estimate will be prepared at the customer's request.

The customer acknowledges that Sporttherapie Huber und Mair does not settle directly with the customer's (health, accident or liability) insurance. The invoice amount will therefore be charged to the customer and is to be paid directly to Sporttherapie Huber und Mair. Once the invoice has been paid, the customer has the option of submitting it to their insurance company. For each treatment, there may be a difference between the invoice amount and the amount reimbursed by the insurance company (excess), which is to be borne by the customer. On request, Sporttherapie Huber und Mair will provide information on the expected amount of reimbursement from the insurer, although it should be noted that this information is non-binding and may vary depending on the insurer's decision.

Place of performance
The services offered by Sporttherapie Huber und Mair are deemed to be provided at the company's registered office.

Documentation
In the context of physiotherapy, Sporttherapie Huber und Mair is obliged to document the medical history as well as the planned and implemented therapeutic measures. The customer agrees that the documentation will be kept by Sporttherapie Huber und Mair for at least 10 years after the end of the treatment. The customer has the right to inspect the documentation and to receive copies of it against reimbursement of costs. The documentation may only be passed on with the prior written instruction or consent of the customer.

Cancellation
The customer is obliged to keep agreed appointments punctually and to inform Sporttherapie Huber und Mair in good time, but no later than 24 hours before the agreed appointment during opening hours, if the appointment cannot be kept.

If the appointment is not canceled by the customer in good time beforehand, he/she will be charged a cancellation fee of 70% of the booked measure.

End of treatment
Sporttherapie Huber und Mair reserves the right to terminate the customer's treatment if it is unreasonable to expect it to continue, in particular because the customer provides untrue or incomplete information about his/her state of health, prevents the therapy from being carried out or behaves inappropriately towards the staff or other customers.

Confidentiality
Sporttherapie Huber und Mair and its employees are obliged to maintain confidentiality with regard to all information entrusted to them or made known to them in the exercise of their profession. In accordance with § 11c (2) and (3) of the MTD Act, the duty of confidentiality does not apply even if the customer expressly agrees to the disclosure of information to third parties.

Data protection
Sporttherapie Huber und Mair is committed to the comprehensive protection of the customer's personal data.
The customer receives the data protection declaration of Sporttherapie Huber upon conclusion of the contract. With his/her signature, the customer declares that he/she consents to the processing of personal data for the stated purposes.

Exclusion of liability
Liability for slight negligence is excluded for all services offered by Sporttherapie Huber und Mair. 
The liability of Sporttherapie Huber und Mair for private property brought into the facility is excluded. Lockers are available to customers for the storage of their personal belongings and they are required to store these items exclusively in the lockers provided for this purpose.

Within the scope of the training service, it is agreed that the use of the training equipment and training locations is at the customer's own risk.

Place of jurisdiction, applicable law
These terms and conditions and the contract with the customer governed by them are subject to Austrian law.
For all disputes arising from this contractual relationship, the competent court in Innsbruck is agreed.

Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to its meaning and purpose.

Written form requirement
Additional agreements deviating from these terms and conditions must be made in writing.
